Journey Details

KOPO Teaching Support

KOPO mobile teaching application provides class management of courses (terms). Schools can create classes, assign teachers, assign students to classes, and update student details.

KOPO Mobile Teaching and Student Support

This application allow schools create classes for courses (journeys) and school terms. Classes can be assigned to teachers and students to allow teachers and student service to share class activities at school with parents and students.

Courses (School Terms)

Using the journey editor, schools can create school term products to allow parents and students enrol to the terms online.

Parents and student will purchase the term products and arrange payments at your school website supported by Docentron.
Student admin then arranges the payment or confirm the payment using K-POS application.
Student admin then creates classes based on the number of students enroll to the terms.

Classes of School Terms

Student administration staff can create classes for the terms in course list page. They can

Open the course page by clicking on "Courses" menu item
Click a course term to view list of classes created for the term
Click "Add Class" button to add a new class for the term
Click on the student icon to view a list of students of a class:
Click on the teacher icon to view a list of teachers assigned to the class

Students of Terms and Classes

To view all students enrolled to any school programs, click on "Students" menu item.
To view students enrolled to a particular school term
- open course list page and
- click on the student icon of a course
To view students assigned to a particular class
- open course list page and
- click on a course
- click on the student icon of a class
To assign a student to a class
- open course list page and
- click on a course
- click on the student icon of a class
- click on "Show Students to Add" button
- Select students to assign to the class and assign

Classes (for Teachers)

Teachers can use this application to view classes assigned to them and share class activities with parents and students.

To open class list page, click on "Classes" menu item. If you do not see a class you are expecting, contact student service staff to assign you to the class.

To view students assigned to the classes, click on a class.
To send messages to all parents and students of the class, use the forum form in the student list page.

Teachers and student admin can communicate with all parents or individually using messaging pages.

Journeys page shows list of classes and your personal journey pages created for students.
Events page allow teachers to create competition events for in-class and out-of-class events
Messages page shows both forum for sharing class information with all parents and chat channels for individual students
