The student service service staff might have already created an account for you. Simply click the Sign-In button. Enter your email address to log in.Â
If you don't remember the password, click "Send Password" button at the sign-in dialog box to receive one-time password. You can reset your password at your account profile page. To create a new account, click the Register button and enter your email and phone number.

Parents can view the list of classes that their children are enrolled to.
Click on Learning Center menu item to open Docentron learning center application.
At the learning center, you can view +50,000 learning activities, class information, products, and communicate with teachers.
Click on Quizzes menu item to view the list of learning activities.Â
Click on Enrolled menu item to view the list of classes and lessons that your children are enrolled to.
On the learning center page, click on Chat menu item to see the list of classes and any messages from teachers about classes. If you do not see the classes, the student service has not assigned your children to a class yet. You will be able to see the classes a week before the class starts.
Teachers may send private messages to you or post general forum messages for the classes. You can post enquiries in the class forum (all parents can see) or send private messages (only you and the teacher can see) to the teachers. Enter message and click Send button.

Docentron E-POS for school is an online Point-Of-Sales system for cash sales, online sales, online course enrollment, and school management system.

The following is a recommended structure of school term products. Schools may choose different naming conventions and so there can be alternative ways to structure the products.
School Registration Fee Product
This product item is used for receiving and registering students for a course.
Students who pay a school registration fee will be listed as a student of the school allowing student service to enrol to terms.
School Fee Product
This fee product item is used for receiving school fees for terms and other payments (e.g., student service fee, books, and health insurance).
Students who pay a school fee will be listed as a student of the school allowing student service to enrol to terms.
A fee for terms can have several payment options with different discount options.Â
For this payment, student service needs to enrol children to the terms manually when the terms are created for each payment.
To manually enrol children to the terms, go to Teaching Tools -> Terms Menu item and click Student list action icon

In the student list page for the selected term, students can be enrolled or de-enrolled from terms manually.

Please note that the total payment amount for the course must be greater or equal to the total cost of the terms that a child is enrolled.Â
Example term fee names: 19-Toddler-T1, 19-Nursery1-T1, 19-Kindergarten1-T1
Course: A course (or programme) of a kindergarten school can be, for example, Toddler, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, Kindergarten 1, and Kindergarten 2.
Student service creates course journey pages (not products) for general course information and list terms that are open for enrollment.
Add chapters that are common for all terms of the course. These chapters can be linked to the terms and shown for the terms.
Example course names:Â Toddler, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, Kindergarten 1, and Kindergarten 2.
School Term: A course can have several terms: Term1, Term2, Term3 for trimeter system.
Create term products for courses and link the term to the parent course information journey ID.

Term is a product to which parents can directly enrol their children through online payment or through the student service center.
A term has a start and end time, so they must be created every year.
A term product can have several payment options with different discount options.Â
If opt-in to pay for two or more terms, student service should enrol children to the additional terms manually when the terms are created.
To manually enrol children to the terms, go to Teaching Tools -> Terms Menu item and click Student list action icon

Class: A school term can have several classes conducted by teachers.
Create classes for the terms once they are open for enrollment. Student service can assign teachers and students to classes to allow them send messages to each other.
A class is for a specific term, so they must be created each time a term is created.
Example class names: 19-Toddler-T1-C1, 19-Toddler-T1-C2, 19-Toddler-T1-C3. Â
To record payments at the school, make cash sales using the POS system at the cashier counter.
Sales Refund:
To refund a sales, click on the sales item in the sales list to open the sales view, and then click refund.
After a student has enrolled to a term, student service can update information of the student and parent.
We can reprint receipts for POS sales and online sales
The school can now enrol students using "Cash Sales" at shops. Click on "Add Sales" button on Cash Sales page.
If you are a school manager, you can see Company management button on your profile page. Click on "Account Details" menu item to open your account info page. Click on "Company" button to open company management page.
Click on "Staff" button to add/update staff information.
Schools create program terms for which parents can view and purchase for the term.Â
Once the payment is confirmed for a school program term, the children will be listed in the student list page of the school program term in the teaching support application.

Teachers can view classes assigned to them using Teaching Tools application.Â

Go to My Classes menu item to view the list of classes.Â
Select a class to view the list of students assigned to the class and share class events with parents. You can send a general information to all parents of the children or click on the Private Message icon on a student to send a private message to the parent of the student.
Parents can goto Learning Center application to check class events.
Click on Chat menu item to view the list of classes of the children.
Click on the class to view the messages from teachers and other parents in the class.
Docentron E-POS automatically updates the current inventory of items when items are sold, orders are cancelled, or payments are refunded.
To check the current inventory of items, go to Product List Page in E-POS system and see the list of items and their current inventory status.
If an item has several options, we can check the current stock of individual options of the item. Click on an item and open the Product Editor page to check inventory status of different options of the product.Â
To update stock amount of an option, click on the editor button of the option of the item. Enter the current stock on hand and click Update Option button.
